Should there be a defect in workmanship or material, Mainstream will be happy to replace the item or credit your invoice. Our responsibility cannot include errors resulting from incorrect artwork supplied by the customer or errors not identified by the customer while proofing; for example incorrect phone number, address, spelling of names and terms, etc. Any reprints or additional services required to remedy the situation will be explained and/or estimated prior to the performance of that work being completed.
Seminars & Training Courses: Our seminars and training courses are designed to provide the attendees with powerful, specific, real-life skills, tools and knowledge to make them more effective in what they do. If you attend a paid seminar or a training course and are not satisfied that you received great value, effective tools or skills that will assist you than contact our customer satisfaction dept. and we will refund your money. Our seminars and training courses are designed to empower you with effective tools, skills and knowledge. If we have not met that need than there is no reason for you to pay. Refunds include the full registration price of that participants training fees minus a 30% administrative fee which provides a provision for the printed manuals, materials or physical room costs -if applicable.
