Graphic Design: Our hourly design rate is $125.00/hr. Design charges are billed in 15 minute intervals and are based on the total amount of time required to complete the design project. Our hourly rate applies for all design projects unless a project price has been provided. Hourly rate subject to change. We will provide proper notice of rate changes prior to the start of any new projects.

Payment Policy: 50% due upon placing an order, with the balance due upon completion of the project or at time of pickup. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Company Cheque or Cash. Credit terms can be arranged upon completion and approval of a credit application.

Interest & Late Payment Fees: Any past or overdue accounts are subject to interest fees at a rate of 1.5% per month at an annual rate of 19.56% (or the current court regulated rate). If past due accounts are sent to collections or require legal action, any applicable or incurred fees and costs will be added to the overdue account total.

NSF Charges: A $35.00 fee will be applied to any NSF cheques that are received. This fee will be applied to the outstanding invoice and will be subject to the same applicable interest & late payment fees.

Deadlines: Deadlines are subject to supplier disruptions, closures, shutdowns or other causes out of the control of Mainstream Marketing and its representatives.

    POP3 downloads the email from a server to a single computer or device, then deletes the email from the server.

    IMAP stores the message on a server and synchronizes the message across multiple devices.
