Interest Segmentation is based on actual customer behavior towards a product/service. We track this as an "interest" they have expressed through an interaction within the email. We then can create a list based on all who have expressed interest in a product, service or topic, and send them a special targeted email. Interest Segmentation can be applied to a single email submission or to an entire campaign.
Smart Email List Importing
Upload or import any comma separated values (.csv) files from any software that offers an export feature. Clickback MAIL will analyze your list and will not import duplicate emails. Copy an existing Clickback MAIL message
This software feature allows you to simply select your previously sent message, click copy and the message is instantly copied into the Clickback "HTML Editor" for you to modify and/or save for a new submission.
The Microsoft Word "Copy Function"
Create messages from any existing or new newsletter, promotion or document created in Microsoft Word. Simply select the whole document, click copy and then use the "Word Paste" button in our editor. It will automatically strip any un-friendly Microsoft tags and you will be left with clean HTML content with all of the formatting retained.
